On-site service: If the equipment encounters hardware or software problems that cannot be solved by the hotline, the supplier needs to respond within 4 hours and arrange for a dedicated person to arrive for repair within 72 hours.
If the component cannot be repaired on site, the supplier will promptly provide channels for the original manufacturer to repair the product components free of charge during the warranty period. During the non-warranty period, the supplier can still provide extensive preferential technical support and equipment spare parts supply.
After the equipment is accepted, the product provides a 12-month warranty period, starting from the date of acceptance. Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.
